Breathwork
We are hardwired with awareness, intuition, innate wisdom and healing abilities.
Breathwork, simple yet powerful technique, allows us to address core issues instead of symptoms, unlocking and releasing subconscious patterns that cause tension in the body, and access heightened states of consciousness.
Breathing symbolizes life.
It promotes healing at the deepest levels and can support many health issues, disorders, behavioral problems and other issues rooted in unresolved emotional blockages.
