Breathwork, simple yet powerful technique, allows us to address core issues instead of symptoms, unlocking and releasing subconscious patterns that cause tension in the body, and access heightened states of consciousness.

Breathing symbolizes life.

It promotes healing at the deepest levels and can support many health issues, disorders, behavioral problems and other issues rooted in unresolved emotional blockages.

  • Like all types of therapy, not all types of breathwork is necessary suitable for everyone. For example, breathwork that use rapid breathing may be risky for someone with certain health conditions such as high blood pressure or cardiovascular issues, recent surgeries or osteoporosis. However, a type of breathwork that utilizes more gentle and relaxed form of breathing may be perfectly safe and highly beneficial. Talk to your healthcare provider before participating in any form of breathwork, and ensure you advise me of any known health conditions upon registering to any breathwork sessions with us.

    Some common contra-indications of breathwork:

    • Cardiovascular problems

    • High or abnormal blood pressure

    • History or risk of aneurisms

    • Epilepsy or history of seizures

    • Heavy medication

    • Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia

    • Bipolar depression

    • Osteoporosis

    • Recent surgery

    • Glaucoma

    • Pregnancy

    • Active addiction

    • Mental heal illness who lacks adequate support or treatment

    • Anyone currently experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis
